Paul is our visionary co-founder and Director of Package Landscapes. With a rich entrepreneurial background, he brings over 30 years of management expertise to the forefront, coupled with a unique certification as a Playground Auditor and prowess in Playground Design.
Paul’s professional journey is a testament to his versatility, having held key roles such as Director of Select Freight Services, General Manager at Emery Worldwide Adelaide, Export Manager at Emery Worldwide, and Sales & Export Manager at Amrico Seafoods Victoria.
In his current capacity, Paul takes on a comprehensive role, managing everything from company finances, direction, and problem-solving to overseeing our General Managers and Marketing team, purchasing equipment and property, securing company insurance, and spearheading national growth. His role still involves injecting his design visions into the natural play landscape.
What Paul finds most rewarding is contributing to national growth, steering company direction, and actively engaging in problem-solving. Motivating the team, witnessing positive company results, and seeing projects come to life are additional sources of joy.
Paul’s leadership has led to significant milestones, including steering the company to zero debt, reintroducing natural, innovative play spaces to Australian children, and navigating the COVID-19 pandemic challenge whilst successfully retaining our dedicated team. The company’s impressive growth is a testament to his strategic vision.

Beyond his professional life, Paul is a passionate Richmond Tigers supporter, having finally celebrated premierships after a 37-year wait. Exploring Australia with his large family is a cherished pastime, and he recently accomplished the long-awaited feat of solving the Rubik’s Cube after five decades!
